The course will be structured over 3 half days within which some typical Italian dishes known all over the world will be presented and prepared.
The first part will be theoretical where the ingredients will be listed and the procedure in Sign Language will be explained, in the second part there will be the practice, it will start from finding the raw materials to prepare the dish and immediately afterwards there will be the real preparation and final presentation of the dish with relative tastings.
In the following course the recipes will be presented in LIS, in English and in Italian.
Each participant will be given a reworked recipe book to take home.
